GUEST POLICIES Check in: Any time after 3:00 p.m. Check out: 11:00 a.m. 2 night Minimum Stay on Weekends 3 night Minimum Stay on Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Thanksgiving) We are pet friendly. We charge $25.00 per stay as a clean up fee. Please advise if you will be bringing pets at the time you make your reservation. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, OR you may guarantee a reservation by sending a check or money order for one-night’s rent. Deposit must be received within 7 days from the date of making the reservation to hold the cabin. If deposit is not received within 7 days, reservation will automatically be cancelled. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made by contacting the office personnel at 580-494-6476. Messages left on answering machines, voice mail, or e-mail will not be accepted.
Group cancellations (3 or more cabins reserved): Group cancellations must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations for any cabin made within 30 days of your arrival date will be charged one-night’s rent. Discounts apply for 4 night weekday stays – Sunday through Thursday. Call for details. Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account. We are not responsible or liable for damages/losses to guest property or person. School/Youth/Church Groups: We welcome groups. However, groups will be required to have at least one adult (over 25) in each cabin reserved for the group. Family Rentals: We will NOT rent to vacationing students, singles under 21 or other non-chaperoned groups. This policy includes reservations made by parents that do not check in and/or who leave during the length of stay. Any violators will be evicted and all rental payments forfeited.
